Exchange Policy Overview for Our Products

Our exchange policy for Chikan suits is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your Chikan suit must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. An unboxing video must be provided as proof of the item’s condition upon receipt.

Special Considerations for Chikan Suits

Due to their delicate nature and handcrafted embroidery, Chikan suits must be handled with care. We do not accept exchanges for any suits that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way.

  • Product Authenticity: Only authentic Chikan suits purchased from our store are eligible for an exchange. We will verify the item’s authenticity via product codes or purchase records.
  • Care Instructions: Please follow the care instructions provided with your Chikan suit to avoid any damage. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may render the suit ineligible for an exchange.

Exchange Process

Situations Where Only Partial Exchanges are Granted

  • Any Chikan suit that shows obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Price Differential

Exchange Fee: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the exchange, including any difference in price between exchanged items.

Timely Communication

  • Prompt Notification: Please inform us immediately upon discovering any defects or issues with your Chikan suit. Delayed reports may affect the eligibility for an exchange.
  • Exchange Confirmation: Once we receive your suit, we will inspect it and notify you of the exchange approval or rejection within 48 hours.

Shipping Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your Chikan suit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
