Our exchange policy for Chikan suits is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your Chikan suit must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. An unboxing video must be provided as proof of the item’s condition upon receipt.
Special Considerations for Chikan Suits
Due to their delicate nature and handcrafted embroidery, Chikan suits must be handled with care. We do not accept exchanges for any suits that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way.
- Product Authenticity: Only authentic Chikan suits purchased from our store are eligible for an exchange. We will verify the item’s authenticity via product codes or purchase records.
